i had an awesome spring break being back home in the city...SAN FRAN!! so that friday when i got there, i had a late birthday dinner at the house of prime rib. that was sooo good!! but during the day, i went to work with my mom at her pre-school. that was a lot of fun because i havent been there to help her in a long time.
that saturday, i hung with some of my friends and we went shopping. then we met up with more of our friends. we went to go eat pho and then went back to a friends house. then one of our friends dyed his hair before coming back home and he looked so asian. so then we dyed it back to back. then that night, the guys were playing beer pong while us girls were taking pictures. lol
on tuesday night, i went to the beach and had a bonfire with some of my friends. that night, we were only at the beach for about an hour and a half because it got really cold. we then went out for dessert. then we had no idea what we wanted to do. so we kinda just drove around "acting" like tourists. we kind of went all over the city. we went to crissy field, fort point, lombard street, etc
on wednesday, i met up with rosslyn (old elementary friend, now college friend) to go visit our elementary/middle school. it was really cool to visit because both of us havent been back in a really long time. so we visited most of our teachers, talked to them for awhile. we ended up staying for about 4-5 hours just talking to people.
thursday, i met up with some of my high school friends; erin, rachel, nathan and gordon to go visit our high school. we saw some of the seniors now that we knew before and talked to them about college. we saw some old teachers and talked to them. we also found out some gossip/drama thats been happening around school. oh high school drama...lol when we left, we went to gordon's family's pho place to eat. we used to go there a lot. then us girls split up with them and we went downtown to go shopping. i havent gone shopping in a long time, so it was nice. then i had to go home and had dinner with my family.
on friday, around 11 am, my friend, carina came to pick me up and we went to have lunch at a japanese restaurant. we then as usual had nothing to do until 4ish so we just drove around the city again. we were gonna go watch a movie, but the times werent right. so then we drove through golden gate park and she wanted to see the bisons that are in golden gate park. we then walked through the park because it was a nice day we ended up in the polo fields. we then saw horses and that was pretty amusing. she then dropped me off at lincoln high school cuz she then had to go to work. so i went there to met up with a friend, robert. we've became close friends when i was a junior and he was a freshman. so we hung out for awhile. we went downtown and shopped around cuz he was also looking for a birthday present. we then had dinner. we talked a lot, cuz we were just catching up on things. it was then time for the friday night club program at cameron house. so since i "graduated" from the program, i went with him and i saw a lot of people that i also havent seen in a long time. all the groups were getting ready for the annual carnival. but then that night at around 9, i had an interview because i applied for a job during the summer. so hopefully i get the job because i've also done it last summer. but i wont find out till 2 weeks after...then at night, i hung with with my club group and went to a friends house for awhile. then my "sister" (we act like sisters) slept over because she just got back for her spring break. it sucks how we didnt have the same spring break time.
on saturday, we both slept in till about 11ish. then we ate and left my house at about 2:30ish. we went shopping and then went back to her house and had dinner with my family and her family. we then went over to a friends house, erin's cuz it was most of our last night before going back to school. it was only is girls first; me, erin, ashlyn, rachel, alex and carina. and we watched slumdog millionaire. that was a pretty good movie. then the guys came...jeremy, casey, riley, harrison and chris. we then chilled and then at around 2ish, we all said good-bye cuz most of us were leaving on sunday and the next time we'll all see each other is in the summer.
then on sunday, i had dim sum with my family and grandparents. then i had to get ready to go to the airport. i was really sad to leave cuz i wasnt ready to go back to school. but im hoping that i can go back up at least once or twice this quarter. ;) so when i got to the airport, i found our that my flight got delayed. i was scheduled to leave at 4:40pm the it got delayed to 6pm. i was kinda mad but whatever. so this was my spring break. i wish it was longer...but now i just know that since we are in the 3rd quarter, its almost the SUMMER and i cant wait!! =D
